This pioneering research is an initiative by the Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai Chapters of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – India, with support from ICF Chapters in Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Jakarta, Vietnam, Colombo, and Bangkok.

Why this survey?

We invite you to participate in this vital study that will offer a clear picture of current practices and future trends in executive coaching across South Asia and South East Asia. The findings will contribute to a “state of the industry” report to support coaches, clients, and organizations in navigating the evolving coaching landscape.
Executive coaching refers to coaching for professional growth and development, irrespective of role and level.

Who should participate:

Coaches, Clients (Coachees), and Organisational Sponsors actively involved in executive coaching interventions during the last two years.

About the Survey:

The survey consists of three sections – one each for Coaches, Clients, and Sponsors – and will take approximately 12–15 minutes to complete.
